New Ball Valves and Actuators Designed for Severe Duty Applications |
Erie, PA -January 7, 2002 - A full line of trunion style severe duty ball valves and ball valve actuators is now available from High Pressure Equipment Company. This product line is specifically designed for effective shut-off of liquid and gas flow up to 20,000 psi. Two, three-way and three-way diverter ball valve configurations are available in orifices of .187" or .375".
These new valves incorporate 316 stainless steel construction, Viton O-rings, Arlon ball seats and peek bearing washers. For panel mounting, the valves also feature a convenient 1-1/16" diameter hole. The two-way valve offers complete shut-off with a simple 1/4 turn and the diverter style three-way valve requires only a 1/4 turn to change port outlets. The standard three-way valve requires a 1/2 turn to change port outlets and allows for complete shut-off. HiP offers air-operated actuators to accommodate remote operation applications as well as a large selection of tube and pipe fittings.
