Erie, PA - October 16, 2020 - High Pressure Equipment Company (HiP), a subsidiary of Graco Inc., has released a new 148 page full line catalog detailing their line of high pressure valves, fittings and tubing, as well as their complete family of reactors and pressure vessels. HiP products are used in a wide variety of industries, including waterjet cutting and blasting, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, research and development, universities and government, and general industry.
HiP’s valve products covered in the catalog include low and medium pressure valves to 10, 15 and 20,000 psi; high and ultra high pressure valves to 30, 40, 60, 100 and 150,000 psi; fittings for all pressure classes including elbows, tees, crosses, bulkhead couplings, line filters, check valves, and rupture discs; tubing for all pressure classes; specialty valves including ball, relief, block & bleed, and custom manifolds; adapters and couplings; and pressure gauges.
A complete line of products designed for use with sour oil and gas (H2S) in 10, 20 and 30,000 psi series are covered. Tooling for the makeup of high pressure coned and threaded connections also is included.
The new catalog details HiP's family of pressure vessels and reactors for both bench-scale and pilot plant applications. There are over 250 standard reactor designs for varied size, material, pressure and temperature requirements. In addition, HiP produces a variety of pressure vessels and reactors that meet the requirements of the ASME Pressure Vessel Code.
HiP has updated and added to the specification detail for all of the products in the new catalog and it includes several of their new product introductions from recent years. Also included is a variety of technical information to help customers effectively spec and install their products, including connection makeup instructions, flow coefficients, recommended torque values, volumetric flow rates, and pressure ratings for a range of special materials.
